- Supervise all fleet maintenance activities, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive servicing
- Maintain a structured maintenance schedule and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.

- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and costs.
- Train and supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with fleet operations to minimize vehicle disruptions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering, Automobile Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in the transport or logistics sector.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across a range of commercial vehicles.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of Nigerian road safety and transport regulations.
