We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our healthy food company. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues.



Responsibilities:




  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers

  • Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

  • Identify and escalate customer feedback and concerns to management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system



Requirements:




  • Minimum of BSc or its equivalent in any subject

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a food industry or related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Proficient in a Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of healthy food trends and products a plus
