Job Description
We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our healthy food company. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate customer feedback and concerns to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc or its equivalent in any subject
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a food industry or related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in a Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of healthy food trends and products a plus
