We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing insurance team In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and offering tailored insurance that meet their needs.



Responsibilities:




  • Researching prospect and generating leads. 

  • Developing sales strategies and certain sales goals.

  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions.

  • Contacting potential and existing clients on the phone, email and in person for sales purposes.

  • Preparing and sending sales related proposals when necessary.

  • Efficient handling of prospects questions, enquiry and objections.

  • Assist clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.



Skills Required:

  • Clear and effective communication.

  • Persuasion and negotiations.
