Job Summary




  • As we expand our retail and distribution operations, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team.

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing growth strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved across all branches.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base

  • Set and monitor sales targets for the team and branches

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily/monthly goals

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

  • Establish strong customer relationships and handle major client accounts

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management

  • Ensure excellent customer service is maintained across all sales channels



Requirements




  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales management (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail)

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.

  • Goal-oriented, with a passion for customer satisfaction and team success

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
