As we expand our retail and distribution operations, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing growth strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
Set and monitor sales targets for the team and branches
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily/monthly goals
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Establish strong customer relationships and handle major client accounts
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns
Prepare and present sales performance reports to management
Ensure excellent customer service is maintained across all sales channels
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales management (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and market trends.
