Job Summary




  •  A persuasive, customer-oriented, and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of aesthetic and dental services.

  • You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries, upselling treatments, and ensuring a seamless client experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.



Key Responsibilities




  • Proactively promote the clinic’s aesthetic and dental services to prospective clients through in-person consultations, phone calls, messages, and digital platforms.

  • Convert inquiries and walk-ins into consultations and sales.

  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and increase retention.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services and products offered to effectively address client needs.

  • Work closely with medical and aesthetics team to align on treatment recommendations and schedules.

  • Manage client expectations, respond to queries, and handle concerns professionally.

  • Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

  • Assist with front-desk duties when necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional offers.



Qualifications and Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, dental, aesthetic, or wellness services.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Excellent grooming and a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury clinic environment.

  • Knowledge of dental and/or aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
