Job Summary
- A persuasive, customer-oriented, and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of aesthetic and dental services.
- You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries, upselling treatments, and ensuring a seamless client experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively promote the clinic’s aesthetic and dental services to prospective clients through in-person consultations, phone calls, messages, and digital platforms.
- Convert inquiries and walk-ins into consultations and sales.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and increase retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services and products offered to effectively address client needs.
- Work closely with medical and aesthetics team to align on treatment recommendations and schedules.
- Manage client expectations, respond to queries, and handle concerns professionally.
- Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Assist with front-desk duties when necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, dental, aesthetic, or wellness services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent grooming and a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury clinic environment.
- Knowledge of dental and/or aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
