Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across service, sales, spare parts, and technical support units to ensure optimum productivity.
Implement European efficiency standards in workshop operations and service delivery.
Identify growth opportunities within the Nigerian market, leveraging European automotive innovation.
Cultivate relationships with OEMs, dealerships, and logistics partners to expand the company’s portfolio.
Coach, mentor, and evaluate departmental heads and supervisors.
Lead with empathy, fostering a culture of accountability, diversity, and continuous development.
Drive improvements in customer service and retention by adopting structured feedback loops and implementing tailored loyalty programs.
Work closely with the General Manager and executive leadership to align operations with strategic goals.
Coordinate inter-departmental projects with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and innovation.
Monitor budgets and operational costs; propose corrective measures to improve cost-effectiveness.
Assist in quarterly and annual performance reviews and audit preparations.
Review and refine SOPs, policies, and quality control mechanisms in line with global automotive standards.

Require overseas study experience, preferably in Europe.
