Position Overview




  • We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Art Director to lead creative projects from concept to execution.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptualization, design, illustration, multimedia video production, and motion graphics, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling across various platforms.

  • This role requires a blend of hands-on creative work and team leadership, collaborating with copywriters, strategy, and clients to deliver compelling ad campaigns.



Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Design:




  • Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for ad campaigns (digital, print, social, TV, etc.).

  • Lead brand identity projects, ensuring consistency across all media.

  • Create high-quality illustrations, storyboards, and layouts for pitches and final deliverables.



Multimedia & Motion Graphics:




  • Design and produce engaging 2D animations for ads, explainer videos, and social content.

  • Edit and assemble multimedia videos (motion graphics, typography, VFX).

  • Work with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to enhance motion design.



Team & Project Management:




  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback.

  • Lead conceptualization, ideation, and execution of visual directions.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and clients to align visuals with messaging.

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met.



Qualifications & Experience




  • 3+ years in art direction, graphic design, or multimedia production (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad campaigns, animations, and video work.

  • Experience leading creative teams and managing client expectations.

  • Understanding of trends in digital advertising, motion design, and social media.

Technical Skills & Tools:




  • Design & Illustration: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDraw.

  • Animation & Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender (basic 3D is a plus).

  • Prototyping: Figma, Sketch (for UI/UX-driven campaigns).

  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI-driven design tools (e.g., Ideogram, Envato, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Veo, etc.).
