The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Preparing branch daily and monthly sales reports for the attention of the Executive Management.
- Ensuring that he/she expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Receiving daily and monthly sales reports from all the Sales Officers in the branch.
- Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Making sure that sales orders are delivered timely and accordingly.
- Responding to any online or telephone queries in a friendly manner.
- Miscellaneous task to support the executive in the discharge of his duties; etc.
Requirements
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree in Accounting or Marketing
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as Sales Manager.
Skills and Competency:
- Proven work experience as a sales manager
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Salary Offer
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
