The Ads Operations Manager is crucial to our clients' success, ensuring the flawless technical execution and data integrity of paid media campaigns.
This role focuses on the precise setup, trafficking, tracking, and troubleshooting of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
You will be the technical backbone of our paid media efforts, working closely with internal teams to guarantee campaigns are launched accurately and monitored effectively.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads or Twitter Ads.
Familiarity with ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) for performance analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) for reporting.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads certifications, Meta Blueprint certifications).
3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or ad trafficking, preferably within an agency or consultancy setting.
