- Our client is seeking a mature and trustworthy Office Manager / Confidential Secretary to join their team.
- This individual must be highly organised, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive administrative and financial matters with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and provide high-level administrative support
- Handle confidential information, legal correspondence, and internal documentation
- Assist with salary administration, bookkeeping, and filing of taxes
- Maintain personnel records, internal files, and statutory records
- Liaise with external parties (regulators, vendors, government offices) as required
- Support the Managing Partner with executive scheduling, meeting prep, and documentation
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Should:
- Be at least 40 years old, with maturity and a strong work ethic
- Have experience in office administration, secretarial duties, or bookkeeping
- Demonstrate absolute confidentiality and discretion
- Be organised, calm under pressure, and good with numbers
- Reside within proximity to Ikeja, Anthony, Surulere, Ketu, or Akowonjo
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
This Role Offers
