Job Responsibilities




  • Welcome customers with a cheerful face upon entrance

  • Attend to customers professionally

  • Receive/make calls and send messages

  • Good communication skills

  • Input all customers information and details on the system correctly without error

  • Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaint in a professional manner

  • Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs.

  • Entering all online documents as at when due

  • Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback

  • Processing billing

  • Ensuring complete customer satisfaction

  • Be the face and image of the company.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1+ years relevant work experience.

  • Must have good communications skill both oral and written

  • Must be computer literate

  • Must be a female

  • Must residues be detail oriented

  • Must be an active listener

  • Must reside in Wuse II and environs

  • Must be young and active

  • Must be able to multitask

  • Must be patient

  • Ability to show empathy

  • Must be friendly.
