Job Description
Job Summary:
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's internet and networking solutions. The role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, residential clients, and other organizations that require internet and networking solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the ISP industry.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Sales Process:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and convert them into customers.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and pricing as well as industry developments and competitors’ offerings.
- Provide clients with expert advice on the best solutions to meet their internet and networking needs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, marketing team, and technical staff to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of internet and networking technologies and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
