Job Summary

• As our Automation Manager, you will play a key role in identifying manual processes, designing automated solutions, and leading cross-functional implementation that powers productivity and scales impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field


• Must have served


• Proven experience in automation and process improvement


• Excellent analytical skills


• A proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Key skills needed:

• Programming/Scripting Languages


• Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash for custom scripts and automation tasks.


• RPA Tools (Robotic Process Automation)


• UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate.


• API Integration


• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for system communication.


• Database Management


• SQL knowledge for querying and automating data manipulation.


• Workflow Design


• Tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or software like Camunda or Bizagi.


• Cloud Services


• Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for cloud-based automation.
