Job Summary




  • The Relationship Manager (Embedded Finance) at SeamlessHR, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our embedded finance solutions. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading sales efforts to embed SeamlessHR’s financial products into enterprise ecosystems. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional with experience in fintech, embedded finance, banking, or SaaS sales, particularly within corporate and mid-market segments.



Job Details




  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy for embedded finance solutions, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities within industries such as HR tech, payroll services, fintech, banking, insurance, and enterprise software.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target organizations.

  • Product Consultation & Demonstration: Lead consultative sales engagements, demonstrating how SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions can drive value for businesses.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the entire sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing deals.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and customer needs.

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed



Requirements




  • HND/bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience: 4-6 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in fintech, embedded finance, payroll lending, or financial services sales.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of embedded finance, digital payments, lending solutions, payroll financing, and financial SaaS.

  • Skills: Proven ability to build high-value client relationships, negotiate complex deals, and drive revenue growth.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS, financial APIs, and embedded finance technologies is a plus.

  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, adaptable, analytical, and self-driven.
