Job Summary
- As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing training programs that enhance employee performance and career growth. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to identify skills gaps, create development plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning across SeamlessHR.
Job Details
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to support employee career development.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Stay updated on L&D trends, best practices, and innovations to enhance training effectiveness.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
- Strong background in instructional design, training facilitation, and curriculum development.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate learning impact reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
