This is a high-impact role that requires a balance of independent execution and collaborative leadership within a growing sales team. This role is not just about meeting targets—it’s about raising the bar. • Co-sell with partners on strategic deals and provide field support as needed.

  • Provide regional market feedback and contribute to the evolution of our channel strategy in East Africa.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline visibility.

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed.

  • Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in channel/partner sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in East African markets, particularly in Kenya.

  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and enable value-driven channel partners.

  • Strong business acumen, including solution selling and stakeholder management.

  • Experience working with or for OEMs like Microsoft, Oracle, SAP or their top-tier resellers.
