The Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for customers—responsible for managing sales, handling orders, and directly serving food. This is a customer-facing role that blends sales, customer service, and light food handling.
Key Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers warmly and take orders promptly.
Serve food to customers for takeout or pickup.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide helpful suggestions on menu options.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Follow hygiene and food safety protocols when serving meals.
Keep the service area clean, tidy, and organized.
Distribute flyers in the local community and generate walk-in traffic.
Track daily sales and submit basic reports.
Provide customer feedback and suggestions to the management team.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/OND.
Prior experience in a food service, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or retail sales role is an advantage.
Must be familiar with Igbe Laara and surrounding communities.
Friendly, presentable, and good communication skills.
