Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/Trade Test Certificate or equivalent.


• Minimum of 3 years proven experience operating a motor grader in construction or road projects.


• Valid operator’s license and certification for heavy equipment operation.


• Strong understanding of road grading techniques, slope management, and leveling procedures.


• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade specifications.


• Good knowledge of grader maintenance and safety procedures.


• Physically fit, alert, and capable of working long hours in demanding environments.


• Excellent coordination and attention to detail.
