Job Summary





  • We are looking for detailed oriented individual to support management and staff by coordinating office operations, maintaining records, overseeing clerical duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.





Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing systems (digital and paper)

  • Support HR tasks such as maintaining personnel records, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires

  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory and procurement

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff to ensure smooth office operations

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications as requested by management

  • Maintain and update administrative databases and contact lists

  • Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions

  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures, health and safety protocols, and quality standards

  • Support finance by processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  •  2 - 6 years proven experience in an administrative or office management role (media industry experience is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretions.
