Speaking with customers via email, phone, physical meetings for initial requirement capture
Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of concentration
Keep up to date with various OEM product announcements and sales incentives and program under your area of coverage
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by Presales Lead or Sales Lead
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization
Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within clients. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
Strong knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System and Microsoft Solutions
Knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions
Recognize and actively seek ways to exploit IT to address complex business, organizational and technical issues
Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment
Configure and install various network devices and services as may be required
Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Support of on-site engineers and end users/customer
Liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers
Investigate and resolve problems for services within your own area of responsibility; communicate to colleagues as appropriate, following ITIL processes; manage major network-related incidents and bring them to a satisfactory closure
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor and management.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related courses or numerate disciplines
MSc will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Proven hands-on experience on compute system projects
In-depth knowledge of the compute solution (server, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, disaster recovery, converge/hyperconverge system, Microsoft solutions)
Hands-on experience with monitoring, compute system diagnostic and compute system analytics tools
