We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR department in ensuring compliance, monitoring employee activities, and reporting.
This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting critical interdepartmental processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the usage of the sales tracking tool by the Business Development team and prepare weekly reports for the HR Manager.
Track and report daily compliance from the Engineering, Logistics, and Store/Inventory units.
Monitor employee attendance and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Ensure ongoing compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) across relevant departments.
Oversee employee documentation, ensuring that records are complete, updated, and properly filed.
Requirements
Degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and follow up on compliance issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting tools.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
