About the job




  • We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and board-certified Fertility Physician to join our reproductive medicine team.

  • The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating infertility and hormonal disorders, offering cutting-edge fertility treatments including assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as IVF, IUI, and egg/sperm preservation.

  • This role involves a combination of clinical care, patient counseling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to help individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals.



Responsibilities




  • Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments, including patient history, diagnostic testing, and physical exams.

  • Diagnose and treat conditions related to infertility, reproductive endocrinology, and hormonal imbalances.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating medical, surgical, and assisted reproductive technologies.

  • Perform and oversee procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg retrieval, and embryo transfers.

  • Counsel patients on reproductive health, treatment options, and emotional implications of infertility.

  • Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, psychologists, and other specialists in delivering high-quality care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with medical and legal standards.

  • Participate in ongoing research, clinical trials, and continuing medical education.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.



Qualifications




  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Completion of a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).

  • Board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license in [State or Region].

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
