Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner


• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently


• Serve orders with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction


• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas


• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff


• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO


• Previous experience in a similar role preferred (not mandatory)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Well-groomed and presentable at all times


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays


• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
