Job Summary




  • We are seeking a motivated and energetic Van Sales Representative to drive sales and distribution of our products to retail outlets, directly from the company van.

  • The ideal candidate will maintain excellent customer relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive the company van to assigned routes and deliver products to retail customers.

  • Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.

  • Ensure proper display of products at retail points.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and inventory.

  • Collect payments and issue receipts to customers.

  • Monitor stock levels in the van and request replenishments as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales team.

  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports and other required documentation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the van.



Requirements




  • Minimum of SSCE / OND in Business or related fields.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably FMCG or route sales.

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Honest, reliable, and physically fit.
