We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Relationship Intern to support our customer-facing operations.
In this role, you’ll assist in managing client inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a consistently positive client experience.
You’ll work alongside experienced client service professionals, supporting them with documentation, follow-ups, and resolving minor issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in handling and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support client service representatives with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Help maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
Learn and apply basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) principles.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0–1 year of experience (entry-level; internship experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
