About the Role




  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Relationship Intern to support our customer-facing operations.

  • In this role, you’ll assist in managing client inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a consistently positive client experience.

  • You’ll work alongside experienced client service professionals, supporting them with documentation, follow-ups, and resolving minor issues efficiently.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in handling and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Support client service representatives with administrative tasks and follow-ups.

  • Help maintain accurate client records and documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.

  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

  • Learn and apply basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) principles.



Job Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0–1 year of experience (entry-level; internship experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
