Role Overview

• We’re seeking an experienced and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our sports betting products. You will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, driving execution, and delivering features that enhance user engagement and business performance.


• This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, with a balance of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.


• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.


• Work closely with technical, design, marketing and operations teams to develop and launch new features.


• Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement.


• Own the lifecycle of betting-related products across web and mobile platforms.


• Ensure compliance with local gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the sports betting and gaming industries.


• Strong understanding of digital betting products, user experience and mobile-first platforms.


• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.


• Based in Lagos as required for hybrid collaboration.
