Remuneration: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 Net Annually (Negotiable)



Work Mode: Full Time, On-site

Responsibilities 




  1. Lead the Credit Consulting & Advisory department, and provide the required vision, knowledge, and expertise. 

  2. Achieve and deliver the goals and objectives for Credit Consulting and Advisory services as articulated in the Business Plan. 

  3. Build internal capacity to deliver credit counselling, credit brokerage, collections and recovery, referencing/background checking, fraud management, and consumer support services to a wide range of institutional and individual customers. 

  4. Market the company’s brand, create visibility and acceptance for the company’s credit management and advisory services, and generate new business for the company. 

  5. Identify and assess the credit management and advisory needs of existing and prospective customers, and create and manage related value-added products and services. 

  6. Supervise staff of the department, and ensure the professional and timely delivery of the department’s mandate. 

  7. Build a high-performance team across the various service lines, coach, inspire, and motivate staff of the department, and ensure alignment with the culture and ethos of the organization. 

  8. Be responsible for delivering the approved budgeted customer base and revenue. 



Requirements 




  1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline. 

  2. An MBA or M.Sc. in any related field would be an added advantage 

  3. Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. 

  4. Previous experience in banking and consulting with a specialization in credit risk management is required. 

  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

  6. Technology savvy, and a high level of proficiency in MS. Office (particularly MS. Excel)

  7. Experience in leading a new initiative.
