Responsibilities

• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines


• Monitor production to resolve issues


• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (QC, workers, etc.)


• Determine quantity of resources required (labor, raw materials, etc.)


• Approve maintenance work, equipment purchases, etc.


• Ensure output meets quality standards


• Implement health and safety precautions


• Report to upper management

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field preferred


• Experience in production or engineering processes


• Strong knowledge of production management


• Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations


• Understanding of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts


• Experience in reporting key production metrics


• Proficient in Microsoft Office software


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills


• Detail-oriented


• Strong decision-making skills and results-oriented approach
