Job Summary:



We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Industry Sales Manager with 4 - 5years of experience in the renewable energy sector to lead our B2B sales operations in Ikeja and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution-based selling, a deep understanding of renewable energy systems and a proven ability to manage client relationships and close high-value deals.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the industrial and commercial energy segments.

  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue prospective clients in manufacturing, construction, real estate, and other energy-intensive industries.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and technical partners.

  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales tactics and product offerings.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline development for senior management.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility and business growth.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

  • 4 -5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the renewable energy industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, energy storage solutions, and industrial energy applications.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
