Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Health Manager role located in Gusau at Sterling Bank.


• The Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing health programs, developing health policies, coordinating health initiatives, and promoting employee wellness.


• This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the health and well-being of all employees.

Qualifications

• Health Management, Health Promotion, and Wellness Program Development skills


• Knowledge of Health Policies and Regulations


• Experience in coordinating Health Initiatives and Employee Wellness programs


• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills


• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders


• Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Public Health, or related field


• Professional certification in Health Management is a plus


• Experience in the banking industry is beneficial
