Job Overview:




  • A client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of chemicals across multiple key industries, including Oil & Gas, Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and Personal Care/Cosmetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in chemical sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of application-based chemical requirements across these sectors.



Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across assigned industries.

  • Identify and engage new clients, while nurturing and growing relationships with existing customers in Oil & Gas, Agro, Pharma, and Personal Care sectors.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on suitable chemical solutions.

  • Work closely with technical and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and support.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for internal stakeholders.



Requirements:




  • 7-10+ years of proven experience in selling chemicals to clients in any of the following sectors: Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Personal Care/Cosmetics, Oil & Gas.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • BSC/HND in related discipline.
