A client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of chemicals across multiple key industries, including Oil & Gas, Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and Personal Care/Cosmetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in chemical sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of application-based chemical requirements across these sectors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across assigned industries.
Identify and engage new clients, while nurturing and growing relationships with existing customers in Oil & Gas, Agro, Pharma, and Personal Care sectors.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on suitable chemical solutions.
Work closely with technical and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and support.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
7-10+ years of proven experience in selling chemicals to clients in any of the following sectors: Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Personal Care/Cosmetics, Oil & Gas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
