Inventory Control:




  • Monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages, and implementing procedures to prevent stockouts. 



Record Keeping:




  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, including incoming and outgoing shipments. 



Procurement and Ordering:




  • Working with suppliers, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. 



Warehouse Management:




  • Overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. 



Analysis and Optimization:




  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and implement improvements to the inventory management process. 



Reporting:




  • Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and other key performance indicators. 



Other Responsibilities




  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate financial records of transactions, including income, expenses, and assets. 

  • Financial Reporting: Preparing reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 

  • Payment Processing: Handling payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees, including payroll. 

  • Invoice Management: Managing the flow of invoices, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation. 

  • Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation and tracking of budgets. 

  • Administrative Tasks: Managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling general office duties. 

  • Payroll Support: In smaller businesses, they may assist with payroll administration. 

  • Audit Assistance: Preparing documents and supporting audit processes. 

  • Tax Preparation: Assisting with tax filing and reporting
