Position Overview:




  • We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated business Development Officers to join our growing team.

  • You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities across estates, hospitality, corporate, commercial, and retail sectors.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.

  • Understand client needs and tailor City Eye’s solutions to meet them.

  • Collaborate closely with our Operations Lead and Client Support for seamless client onboarding.

  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Continuously build knowledge of the security technology market and City Eye’s unique offerings.



Requirements:




  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles (Security, IT, or Tech sectors preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.

  • Ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
