This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Abuja.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and managing customer relationships.
Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining property listings, providing detailed information about available plots, and coordinating with financial institutions to assist clients with financing options.

Experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
Professional certification in real estate (preferred)
