Role Description




  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Abuja.

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and managing customer relationships.

  • Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining property listings, providing detailed information about available plots, and coordinating with financial institutions to assist clients with financing options.



Qualifications




  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills

  • Experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field

  • Professional certification in real estate (preferred)
