This is a full-time hybrid role for a Startup Growth Hacker @ iKooK.
The Growth Hacker will be responsible for conducting web analytics, optimizing conversions, developing marketing strategies, and implementing growth hacking techniques.
The role is located in Lagos State, Nigeria, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
Growth Hacking and Marketing Strategy skills
Experience in Web Analytics and Conversion Optimization
Demonstrated success in Marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
What You’ll Do
Build and optimize acquisition funnels (paid + organic)
Launch retention experiments and referral systems
Craft go-to-market strategies for features and new regions
Own performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation rates, etc.)
Roll up your sleeves and post, write, tweak, and test
