Job Summary:




  • Lead the Asset Management team to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) to ₦25 billion by FYE 2025. Drive sales and marketing across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, Counter Parties, and Public Sector clients.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute strategies for deposit mobilization (Institutional, Retail, Public Sector).

  • Identify and secure profitable business relationships and growth opportunities.

  • Build and manage client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions.

  • Analyze financial statements and provide advisory services for investment decisions.

  • Market financial products (e.g., structured deposits, treasury solutions, brokerage).

  • Prepare budgets and performance reports.



KPIs & Deliverables:




  • Financial Target: ₦25 billion AUM by FYE 2025 (100% appraisal).

  • Sales Achievement: Meet 100% of business targets in Deposit Liability, Special Products, and Cross-Selling.



Resumption Targets:




  • Personal: ₦500 million within 90 days.

  • Team: ₦1.5 billion within 90 days.

  • Competence Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Alternative Investments, and Structured Products.

  • Analytical, numerical, and planning skills.

  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and leadership abilities.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance-related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Asset Management, with portfolio oversight.

  • Proven expertise in investment management, financial planning, and advisory.

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and results-driven mindset.

  • Reporting To: MD, Asset Management & Managing Partners.
