Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager to join our team. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can build our brand presence online, generate quality leads to generate sales, and drive business growth across our various subsidiaries.



Overall Goal:




  • To drive measurable sales and business growth for all DAS Group subsidiaries by leveraging digital marketing channels and social media platforms, converting digital engagement into qualified leads, conversions and revenue.



Responsibilities



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Social & Digital Media Growth, Visibility & Engagement




  • Increase followers across all official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok) for each subsidiary.

  • Improve average monthly engagement rate (likes, shares, comments) across all platforms by subsidiary.

  • Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns

  • Maintain a consistent and on-brand posting schedule 

  • Manage and respond to social media interactions within 12 hours.



Content Development & Strategy




  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for each subsidiary.

  • Oversee creation of a minimum number of high-quality posts (images, videos, reels,) per platform.

  • Ensure at least 90% content aligns with brand guidelines, tone and strategic goals.



Paid Media & ROI




  • Design and manage paid social media and digital ads campaigns with a targeted return 

  • Track and report conversion rates from paid campaigns 



Analytics & Reporting




  • Provide a weekly report on digital performance per subsidiary (engagement, reach, traffic, leads, ad performance).

  • Provide a comprehensive monthly report on digital performance per subsidiary (engagement, reach, traffic, leads, ad performance).

  • Recommend and implement optimizations based on data insights.



Cross-Subsidiary Alignment




  • Ensure digital strategies are tailored but cohesive across subsidiaries while maintaining brand identity.

  • Hold weekly/monthly content alignment and strategy meetings with desk officer from each subsidiary.



Community Management & Brand Reputation




  • Monitor brand mentions and reviews across digital platforms; respond or escalate as appropriate.

  • Build and nurture online communities aligned with each brand (e.g., Facebook Groups, LinkedIn discussions, X spaces).



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or business development.

  • Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

  • Creative, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
