Role and Responsibilities

• Must offer excellent customer service


• In charge of all social media and reports to the M.D.


• Respond to all online inquiries and sales when they come up.


• Respond to clients’ inquiries.


• Assist with sales.


• Payment of bills promptly.


• Cross-check the level of stock on the shop floor and inventory.


• Request for new furniture with the guidance of Sales & Admin.


• Collate daily sales and expenses, and follow up with the MD to capture her expenses. Submit figures to Sales & Admin.


• Ensures the shop is ready to serve clients by ensuring all necessary tools are ready.

Job Requirements & Skills

• HND / B.Sc in a related discipline.


• Female


• Solid knowledge of office procedures.


• Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude.


• Attention to detail.


• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).


• Excellent written and communication skills.


• Sales and Marketing skills.


• Understanding how social media tools work (especially Instagram) and other media tools.


• Ability to identify areas where we can pitch our business.


• The proximity of the applicant to Ajah will be an advantage.
