Job Summary




  • As a Sales Executive, your core focus is revenue generation through proactive selling and customer retention.

  • You will build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and wholesalers, ensuring the company as a trusted, go-to platform for their buying needs.



Job Responsibilities




  • Actively prospect and close new B2B customers both online and physical visit.

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers to increase loyalty and lifetime value.

  • Regularly engage with existing customers to understand needs, resolve pain points, and offer solutions.

  • Drive repeat purchases through strategic upselling and cross-selling.

  • Maintain detailed customer profiles and engagement history to personalize future sales efforts.

  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.

  • Monitor customer buying behavior and reactivation opportunities to prevent churn.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any other related field.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Minimum of two years post-NYSC experience.

  • Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Google Sheets; ability to manage and document interactions accurately.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to persuade, sell, and build rapport with customers
