Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking:




  • Grill meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables to order.

  • Ensure all grilled items are cooked to the correct temperature and quality.

  • Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.



Station Setup and Maintenance:




  • Prepare the grill station with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station throughout service.



Quality and Presentation:




  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Monitor portion sizes and reduce food waste.



Health and Safety Compliance:




  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

  • Maintain proper temperature controls and handle raw and cooked food safely.



Inventory and Stocking:




  • Report low stock levels of grill items or ingredients to kitchen supervisors.

  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries when needed.



Team Collaboration:
