Responsibilities (Summary)

• Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.


• Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of production and installation staff, including training, development, and performance management.


• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards, and implement quality control processes to minimize defects.


• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.


• Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.


• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.


• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 5 - 15 years work experience.
