Provide feedback to support the review of business plans to achieve growth targets.
Work closely with the internal teams to identify customer needs and market trends.
Liaise with the Office Manager to maintain accurate records of marketing activities and client interactions.
Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications
Preferably, a Degree in Marketing, Medical Sciences or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical related marketing or related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Competencies:
Sufficient understanding of the medical laboratory ecosystem, its offerings and/or operations (additional onsite training to be provided)
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and report writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets (conversion of self-generated opportunities and/or already identified opportunities) and utilizing company approved business identification and generation strategies.
Proficient use of MS Word and Excel (use of PowerPoint is an added advantage)
