Job Summary




  • We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Volunteer to support our logistics and administrative work.

  • The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, working with numbers, and enjoys following up on tasks to make sure things get done properly and on time.



Key Responsibilities

Logistics - Procurement:




  • Assist the Executive Director and Head of Programsin identifying equipment needs

  • Keep records of EAF supplies and materials.

  • Assist the Head of programs with procurement processes: conduct suppliers’ assessment, market monitoring,and price data collection; keep suppliers'recordsupdated; fill the bid analysis table; follow upwith suppliers (supply delivery, purchase order, items reception, etc.).



Logistics - Movement follow-up:




  • Fill and edit the weekly staff movement plan.

  • Follow upon the good completion and compile the vehicle movement tracker and provide a weekly report to your management.

  • Follow upwith drivers and report any issuesto the management.



Administration - Accounting:




  • Prepare basic payment requests or petty cash forms.

  • Check and organize supporting documents for payments (payment requests, invoices, receipts, etc.).

  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash balances regularly.



Administration - Finance management: 




  • Support in tracking expenses and preparing basic financial reports using Excel (with guidance).

  • Prepare, scan, and file administrative documents (contracts, bills, delivery notes, etc.).

  • Enter financial data into simple tracking tools (Excel).



Qualifications & Skills




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-5 years experience.

  • You must be comfortable using computers (reportwriting using Word, email writing, basic data entry,and tasktracking using Excel).

  • Good with numbers and detail-oriented.

  • Very dynamic, organized, and proactive in following up on tasks.

  • Good communication skills: you must be able to communicate and engage with humanitarian workers, community members, suppliers, contractors,and local authorities.

  • The candidate must show the ability to work in a team.

  • Previous experience in admin or logistics work is an added advantage.
