Role Objectives




  • We are looking for a proactive and well-composed individual to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the efficient performance of cleaningoperations, including environmental cleaningand gardening.



Responsibilities




  • Supervise and monitor the daily operations of cleaners and gardeners to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

  • Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members.

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies as needed.

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring attention or improvement.

  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to by all personnel.

  • Provide detailed and timely reports to management regarding operations, issues, and team performance.

  • Coordinate staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.

  • Build positive working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.

  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times and promote the same within the team.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND in any discipline.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years experience facility management or hospitality industry.



Skiils:




  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent reporting and communication abilities.

  • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented approach to supervision.

  • Good interpersonal and people management skills.

  • Presentable with a positive personality and strong leadership qualities.

  • Ability to motivate a team and resolve conflicts efficiently.

  • Preferably female, as part of maintaining a diverse and balanced supervisory team.
