Job Summary




  • We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Contact Center Agents fluent in both Yoruba and English to join our team on a 6-month contract basis(extensible).

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent service, particularly in handling urgent or sensitive customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

  • This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Contact Center Agent.

  • Fluency in both Yoruba and English is mandatory.

  • Demonstrated experience in handling urgent or sensitive customer calls/situations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.

  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center technologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
