We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Contact Center Agents fluent in both Yoruba and English to join our team on a 6-month contract basis(extensible).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent service, particularly in handling urgent or sensitive customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Contact Center Agent.
Fluency in both Yoruba and English is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in handling urgent or sensitive customer calls/situations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
