Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.


• Assist guests with luggage, directions, hotel facilities, and local information.


• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.


• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and services.


• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.


• Process guest check-outs, handle billing, and ensure all charges are accurately recorded.


• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and guest service areas.


• Monitor guest satisfaction and report any concerns to the supervisor.


• Promote hotel amenities and upsell services where appropriate.


• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s brand, values, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 4 - 10 years work experience.
