Job Description



  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our client.

  • You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

  • The Telesales Officer will be responsible for sales of the company's products and responding to inquiries via telephone medium, in this case, fashion accessories and clothing items, asking questions to understand customer requirements, close sales, and place customer orders.

  • She/he will ensure the customer receives a premium service delivery experience with personalized attention, detainment of customers / clients, and meet sales targets.


Other Responsibilities and Duties



  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

  • Maintain detailed daily stock inventory records on all categories as assigned.

  • Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders that must be captioned in sales inventory

  • Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Develop, present and carry out tele – sales strategies according to the company’s standard and practice. 

  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections and satisfactions.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.


Qualifications



  • OND / HND / BSc / BA or equivalent of University Degree.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and creative thinking skills.

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

  • Ability to learn about the business, products, and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

  • Excellent knowledge of English.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience and soft-spoken – ability to engage customers in conversation (handling rejection and soliciting customers.

  • Good sales ability and initiative.

  • Critical thinking & Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge.


Salary

N70,000 net per month
