Job Description
- General Services Manager has the overall responsibility of ensuring systems and equipment integrity of all the kitchen facilities, water facilities, electrical and power systems as well as Plumbing, Gas and Production equipment and ensuring proactive and preventive maintenance in carried out on a periodic and systematic basis.
Other responsibilities include;
- Improve efficiency and reduce department cost
- Foster internal working relationships and collaboration with complementing section/department to deliver efficient and effective project and facility maintenance planning support services.
- Conduct regular inspections of all outlets and other business units for needed services and repairs.
- Determine human resources requirements through work order analysis, maintenance staff deficiencies, staff training requirements and outsourcing potential for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- General maintenance and supervision of all outlets and other business units in terms of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and kitchen equipment maintenance.
