  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to join our growing organization.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales and service professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of client-focused professionals to achieve individual and team performance targets

  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and expanding client base

  • Provide mentorship, training, and regular performance evaluations to build a high-performing team

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

  • Foster collaboration across departments to support operational efficiency and client service excellence



Requirements




  • BSc / HND in any related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within an Insurance or related industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in analyzing performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
