The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales and service professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support a team of client-focused professionals to achieve individual and team performance targets
Design and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and expanding client base
Provide mentorship, training, and regular performance evaluations to build a high-performing team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
Foster collaboration across departments to support operational efficiency and client service excellence
Requirements
BSc / HND in any related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within an Insurance or related industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in analyzing performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
