We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Ledger Accounting Manager to oversee and manage all activities related to the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closings, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is ICAN-certified with 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience and a deep understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
Key Task
GL accounting ensuring the accuracy of accounting in general ledger accounts and timely closer of postings
GL balances reconciliation and preparation of monthly GL reports and balances.
GL open item management and clearing.
Conducting periodical review of Debtors with sales team
Asset accounting and ensuring the compliance with the company policies and procedures
Preparation of asset register and tracking with budgets.
Handling company insurance profile and participation in the risk mitigation strategies.
Assisting Sr Finance manager in discharging day to day accounts operations.
Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements with in the finance function.
Required Skills
Strong Knowledge on accounting principles & large data analytical skills
Hands-on experience on ERP systems
Good interpersonal relationship and ability to lead a team
